What is Flexfilm's return and refund policy?

Return terms vary by product type:

• Film rolls: returnable within 30 days of purchase. You cover return shipping (even if you originally received free shipping, its cost may be deducted from your refund), and approved returns may carry a restocking fee of up to 20% depending on condition. Film must be unused, uncut, and in original condition. If you've used part of a roll, we'll refund the unused portion proportionally.
• DIY architectural film rolls (typically 15-foot rolls) are generally not eligible for return; requests are reviewed case by case.
• Custom cuts and pre-cut patterns are final sale, except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect or a wrong pattern shipped in error (email us within 30 days with your order number and photos).
• Tools are final sale, but defective or incorrect items are replaced at our expense.
• Plotters carry a 30-day return window in re-sellable condition with all original packaging, software, and USB keys included; approved returns may carry a restocking fee of up to 20%, and if a plotter was purchased as part of a bundle we may require the full bundle to be returned.

Items purchased on promotion or from the clearance section are final sale — no returns or exchanges — and refunds aren't issued for orders placed without applying an eligible discount code. See our discount code FAQ for the full promotions and exclusions policy.

Products that have been installed, cut, altered, or used aren't eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed, and refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. For the full policy, see our Refund Policy page.
