How does Flexfilm compensate a warranty claim?
For automotive film, Flexfilm's obligation under warranty is limited to replacing product that doesn't conform to the original specification. For architectural film, the exclusive remedy is replacement window film, obtained through your installing company. For PPF (FlexGuard), Flexfilm will remove or replace the defective product at its option, using an authorized installer. In all cases, coverage is limited to the product itself — parts and labor are not covered, and Flexfilm does not reimburse installation labor for the original defective install or cover incidental costs beyond replacement of the product.
