How do I become a dealer?
At Flexfilm, you don’t need to be a dealer in the traditional sense to buy from us—anyone can place an order, whether you're just starting out or running a busy shop. We reserve “dealer” status for customers who join our rewards program and spend $5,000 or more within a calendar year. Hitting that mark unlocks extra perks through our Dealer Rewards Program. But even if you don’t reach that level, you’ll still earn points on every purchase that can be redeemed for store credit. Unlike old-school dealer models, we keep things flexible and open so all installers, big or small, feel supported.

Why do I see several pending charges after I place an order?
Those extra amounts are temporary authorization holds. They can appear if your billing ZIP code does not match what your bank has, if sales tax adjusts after checkout, or if your bank runs an added security check.
