Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.

Orders placed before our daily shipping cutoff are typically shipped the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day. Certain products — including clearance items and select other products — are excluded from same-day shipping.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

Freight plotters cannot be shipped to apartment addresses. Business addresses and ground-level commercial locations are strongly recommended.

Sample Roll Shipping

Sample rolls are processed separately from standard inventory orders.

Most sample roll orders ship within 48–72 business hours.

Sample availability may vary depending on inventory levels.

Pre-Cut Pattern Shipping

Pre-cut automotive window tint patterns are made to order.

Most pre-cut pattern orders ship within 2 business days and are not eligible for same-day shipping.

Production times may vary depending on order volume and pattern availability.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order, and may also be provided by text message. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account on the Flexfilm website.

Please allow time for carrier tracking systems to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Transit times vary based on the shipping method selected and the delivery destination.

Estimated delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated by the carrier.

Weather events, carrier delays, and other factors outside of our control may affect delivery times.

International Shipping

Flexfilm's normal shipping coverage is currently limited to the United States. We do not ship to Canada at this time. If you're located outside the United States, we may be able to accommodate bulk or pallet-sized orders — contact us directly to discuss options.
