Need to Change or Cancel Your Order?

Act Fast! Contact us by phone within 1 hour of placing your order if you need to make changes or cancel. Once your order is in the fulfillment process, we can't make changes.

If you place an order outside of our operating hours or during the weekend and decide to cancel, please email us with your name, email address, and order number, expressing your desire to cancel. We will make every attempt to address your cancellation request before your order moves into the fulfillment stage.

Same Day Shipping

Our shipping policies are designed to offer our customers a variety of options that best suit their needs. We provide same day shipping for orders placed before 12:30PM CST for customers within the continental United States, with the exception of AK, HI, Puerto Rico, and US territories. Please note: plotters, clearance products, samples, and drop-shipped items do not qualify for same-day shipping.

Weekend Orders

Orders placed after 12:30PM CST on Friday or at any time over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday, or the next business day in the event of a holiday.

Free Shipping

For those looking to save on shipping costs, we offer free shipping on orders with a subtotal of $750 or more, provided the shipping and billing addresses are within the continental US, excluding AK, HI, Puerto Rico, and US territories. It's important to remember that orders containing sale or clearance items, plotters, cutters, or samples are not eligible for this discount.

Canada Shipping

We offer free shipping to Canada on with a subtotal of $750 or more. Please note that plotters and clearance items are not eligible for sale to Canada. If no shipping option is available at checkout for a specific product, it means that item cannot be shipped to the destination. Shipping to Canada is available exclusively for orders placed through our website.

To help manage duties, taxes, and overall costs, any backordered, drop-shipped, or missing items from an order may be canceled and refunded. This helps keep things simple and cost-effective for both Flexfilm and the customer.

Order Status

Online orders: For those wondering about their order status, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been fulfilled. If you don't receive this, please check your spam folder in your email.

Phone Orders: Once your order is processed, we'll email you an electronic invoice with a tracking number. If you don't receive this, please check your spam folder in your email.

Delivery Timeline

For an accurate estimation of when you can expect your order to arrive, we encourage our customers to consult our shipping estimate map, provided by UPS. This valuable tool helps gauge the delivery time for your order, originating from our Alabama warehouse. Depending on your specific location, delivery can take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days.

Please keep in mind that this estimate is based on standard business days and does not account for weekends or public holidays. By referencing the map, you'll gain a clearer understanding of the shipping timeline, helping you to plan accordingly for the arrival of your purchase.

Canada shipping estimates with UPS depend on the service selected at checkout, so we’re unable to provide an exact delivery timeframe in advance.

Route Package Protection

We've partnered with Route package protection to ensure that your package is protected against loss, theft, or damage during transit. This service is available through the Route app, which offers real-time tracking and updates for all your online orders in one convenient location. In the event you need to file a claim, please head to Route’s claim portal. https://claims.route.com/

Film Shipping Costs

Shipping fees typically start at $20 for a single roll of window film and $40 for two or more rolls. We provide free shipping for orders over $750. The final shipping cost, along with the available shipping options, will be displayed during checkout.

Plotter Shipping Costs

Shipping for our SC2 model is a flat-rate of $50, while the Titan 2/3 and MH400 models have a freight shipping rate of $294.65. The Titan 2/3 and MH400 models cannot be shipped to an apartment addresses. Plotters are not shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada. If no shipping option is available at checkout, it means that item cannot be shipped to the destination.

Clearance Products

Regarding our clearance products, these items are sold as-is and are not eligible for free shipping, same-day shipping, or any additional discounts. If your order includes a clearance product, shipping fees may apply to the entire order, even regularly priced items, and may be restricted to the continental US.

Drop Shipped Items

If an item is being "drop shipped," it means the original warehouse was out of stock, and your item is coming directly from another warehouse with stock.

Missing Items in Shipment

If you're missing small tools, please check inside the plastic film core your film was wrapped around, as we sometimes place small tools there. If items are still missing, please contact us immediately.
