Can I Use Automotive Window Film on Buildings?
Can I Use Automotive Window Film on Buildings?
Flexfilm's automotive films are formulated for the curved, flexible glass found in vehicles, so we don't recommend applying them directly to building glass. If you want the performance of one of our automotive films for a building application, Panaflex's heat insulation and UV protection qualities are available in an architectural-specific version: Panashield.
Panashield is built for flat glass and delivers reduced energy costs, up to 99% UV protection, improved comfort, and enhanced privacy and security — the same core benefits as Panaflex, adapted for residential and commercial buildings.
