Can Window Film Be Applied to Textured or Stained Glass?
It depends on the texture. Lightly textured glass can often accept a thin film with good results. Deeply textured or heavily patterned glass is trickier — standard films may not adhere properly, or may obscure the glass's decorative detail.
Specialized adhesives and techniques are sometimes required for textured surfaces, and in some cases film simply isn't recommended. Talk to a Flexfilm professional about your specific glass before ordering.
