Route Package Protection is an optional add-on available at checkout that helps cover your order if it's lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If your Route-protected order runs into a shipping issue, Route's support team will help get it replaced or refunded. Route also donates to agroforestry initiatives with every Package Protection purchase, and you'll receive a Cash Back voucher for store credit, redeemable 1–8 weeks from your purchase date, included in your Route order confirmation email. You can track all your Route-protected orders and file claims through the Route app or at claims.route.com. Route itself is not an insurance company, but is authorized to offer shipping insurance through its licensed entity, Safe Order Solutions, underwritten by Seg Insurance Ltd.
