Can I return my pre-cut pattern, or what if I make a mistake installing it?
Pre-cut patterns are custom-cut to your vehicle's exact specifications, so we're unable to accept returns or issue refunds on them — Flexfilm isn't responsible for patterns ordered incorrectly by the customer. If you make an installation mistake that renders the pattern unusable, contact us with your order number and we'll take a look at how we can help.
