To expedite all warranty claims, original purchasers must have this warranty registration form, the original proof of purchase invoice from the installing dealer, a sample of the failed product, and photos showing the failed product on the vehicle.
THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THIS WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY TO MANUFACTURING QUALITY. THE WARRANTY IS NOT VALID WITHOUT ROLL NUMBERS. The installer is solely responsible for the quality of the installation on your vehicle.
